We do not sell your personal data or documents to third parties. Third-party processing is solely for the purpose of providing our transformation services.

4. Data Retention

We retain your documents and transformation results for a reasonable period to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@rokon.tech.

Account Deletion: When you delete your account, ALL your information will be permanently removed from our database, including your account details, uploaded documents, transformation history, generated outputs, and any other data associated with your account. This action is irreversible.
