1. Service Description

Doc2Q is a document transformation service that converts documents into various formats including infographics, quizzes, diagrams, and other outputs using AI technology.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

3. Credits and Payments

Doc2Q operates on a credit-based system. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or returned for a refund under any circumstances.
• Credits do not expire
• Credit prices are subject to change without notice
• Failed transformations due to service errors will have credits refunded to your account

4. Third-Party Processing

By using Doc2Q, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your uploaded documents will be processed by third-party AI services including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI providers
• We are not responsible for how third-party services handle your data beyond our contractual agreements with them
• You should not upload documents containing highly sensitive, confidential, or classified information

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original documents. The transformed outputs are provided for your personal or commercial use. Doc2Q and its underlying technology remain the property of Rokon Technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Rokon Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rokon Technology, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company's jurisdiction
• Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rokon Technology is registered

The Company reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters related to the Service, including but not limited to account termination, credit disputes, and service access.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will not be refunded.

Account Deletion: When you delete your account, ALL your data will be permanently removed from our systems, including your account information, uploaded documents, transformation history, generated outputs, and any other associated data. This deletion is permanent and irreversible.
